OVER MOULDING
Acrylic part and polycarbonate parts are over moulded with ABS material and again sub assembly all parts is over moulded with different color ABS material. Post moulding we do stress reliving operation on parts.

Rigid plastics moulded product is over moulded with soft material. In adjacent photo product made out of PCABS material is over moulded with thermoplastics elastomer.
